Hi, I’m Nick Cafrelli. I’m a special education teacher and a hockey coach for Pacific Ridge Hockey’s team.
Alongside teaching and coaching, I provide private ice skating and hockey lessons, small-group introductory hockey lessons, and adaptive skating or hockey instruction.
Most of my clients find me through referrals from the hockey teams I coach. Those relationships keep my schedule largely full and my business personal.

Lesson fees cover instruction only.
Here’s what to plan for.
Bring your gear.
All clients provide their own skates and required equipment. Nick does not offer equipment rentals.
Rink entry is separate.
Clients pay their own rink admission. Admission prices vary by rink and the rink admission package selected.
Give 24 hours’ notice.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are charged the full fee. For prepaid packages, the lesson counts as used.
SDRC funding and refunds
Nick’s lesson business does not accept SDRC funding through an FMS and is not an SDRC vendor. SDRC has described parent reimbursement under sub code 024 as a possible funding pathway, subject to its review and approval.
Refunds for SDRC-funded services cannot be paid directly to parents. Any applicable refund must be handled according to SDRC’s instructions. Confirm funding arrangements with SDRC before purchasing lessons.
